By using GossipX you agree to these Terms and to our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GossipX.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not post illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, another person's private information (doxxing), impersonation, or knowingly false statements of fact about an identifiable person. Follow the Community Guidelines.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant GossipX a licence to host, store and display your content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

How GossipX works

GossipX hosts user-generated content and acts as an intermediary. Posts carry a live status (unconfirmed → confirmed → resolved); popularity never makes something true. GossipX makes no warranty that any user-submitted information is accurate — always check a post's current status and use your own judgement.

Moderation

We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Guidelines, and we act on valid complaints through the grievance process.

Disclaimers & liability

GossipX is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GossipX is not liable for user content or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
